Looking Good Andy! Like the idea of adding the extra duct in the Bathroom for the Kids - we will probably install an IXLtastic in lieu of a vent. Looking at the inside of your garage it appears that you have different bricks used - is this the case?

No its not.
Note, a brick has only 3 decorative sides. The back part is plain. So in the case of the garage where you can see the plain side on the inside of the garage, the decorative side is displayed on the outside of the garage, as its meant to. The only way to have decorative bricks on the inside is to have a 2nd wall laid.
Also where you see the decorative bricks displayed on the inside of the garage is also the exterior wall of the house, which has to be the decorative side....
