Looking good Andy. You and Simone must be getting excited! Did you have any problems with Electricians installing your light fittings? I keep forgetting to ask our CSC this, we have our tender appt this coming Tuesday so I have a list of things to ask then. Did you provide the littel square lights for the stair wall or did PD do this? I think from memory our sales rep said they were approx $110 each but I've seen packs of three around for $99.
Are your shower tiles the standard white? Bathrooms have come together very nicely.
Are you having overhead cabinets in the kitchen on the cooker wall? Paint looks really nice, I got a sample pot of Bone last week, consultant we had for colour appt last Thursday suggested Chalk Beige which I know is on a few of the display homes.
Are you tiling or having floating floor?
You'll need to start packing soon!
Yes we are very excited... No probs with the sparkys installing our light fittings...cash talks....
I supplied the square lights, much cheaper...
Our shower tiles are white, standard range
No we arent having any cupboards along the oven wall, we moved them to the butlers pantry, also we are fitting out our butlers with ikea shelving, drawers etc
Our flooring downstairs, exceptr for both studies & rumpus will be vinyl planks, that look like timber, fantastic stuff. They use this type of flooring in commercial buildings, & businessses....ppl cant tell the difference.

We are considering getting a 2 independent inspector to inspect the home during PCI, peace of mind...
