Hey guys, thanks for your comments.

Yes the real fun does begin. Have to organise the following:

Telephone connection
Driveway & front path
Clothes line
Decking at front entrance
Relocating front water tap
Side gates
Tile clean & seal
Kitchen benchtop seal
A thorough clean of the entire house

Garden
Alfresco flooring

etc etc

There were approx 40 items that had to be addressed by PD, all minor. Just took a while to rectify. Its harder to get tradies to complete the final touches. Its on there lower priority list, but it does get done.

Will keep you all posted, and will take more pics very soon.

Congratulations, and good luck with all the finishing touches. I noticed you mentioned a thorough clean was needed - do they leave it a bit dirty??? Look forward to lots of pics! ;)

Andy, I just noticed that you have "kitchen bench sealing" on your to do list shown above. Did you know that you don't have to seal QQ?

Andy, hope it's all going smooooothly for you and Simone. You are nearly there, on the home straight now :-)

According to the manufacturers, no sealing is required. I'm interested too as we have the same bench tops.

...and let's not forget the lonely lil' Brookvale builder :P...Really looking forward to seeing an actual "finished" house!!! We're having QQ, too - I din't think you had to seal it, either!?! Were you advised to do that, even if they say you don't HAVE to?
Bet you just can't wait till Wed! All the best....and, yes, bring on the photos! :)
