Our driveway was sealed yesterday morning, and what a difference it makes. Gives the driveway that wet appearance. The clear sealer was rolled on, very simple. 1/2 a day to dry and its recommended to reapply every 6-12 months, which I intend to do myself. Purchase the clear sealer from a concrete supply shop, and roller from bunnings, choose a nice sunny day and off you go.
Last thursday a PD maintenance contractor spent most of the day rectifying minor issues, and even a few extras. The service and quality of his work was fantastic. He was very impressed with our paint job, the wattyl ID 3 coat system was def worth the money.
Overall our experience with PD has been fantastic, we were fortunate to have great tradesman, supervisor, admin & sales staff, all of whom were professional, helpful, motivated which in turn produced a great quality home...
A few pics of our sealed driveway & path
The front porch will be decked, using spotted gum, wide 136mm planks.
Now its time to plan the garden.......its never ending....always something to do...
Enjoy

Andy. You have GOT to be happy with the result of that driveway.
And it's very re-assuring for us still building to read your positive post-handover experiences. Sounds like you are a proud Cremorne owner, which is good.
Andy is a very proud Cremorne owner aren't you Andy? You've been lucky to have such a smooth build. Pleased to hear that the maintenance crew did what they had too.
Driveway looks great, love the colours in it. Great job! Love the letterbox too, I've seen a few of them around, they look nice.
Can't wait to see the front landscaping, house will take on a whole new look with some grass/plants around it.
Can't wait to see the porch too, I love wood/decking!!!
I can't believe how different the driveway looks when it's sealed!
Great to hear that the post handover service is good, and you're obviously enjoying your new place - great to see ;-)
